About Me

I’m an art therapist-in-training, educator, and advocate passionate about the intersection of creativity, healing, and social change. With a background in the arts, psychology, and international politics. I specialize in using art as a tool for self-expression, exploration, and empowerment.

My work is informed by philosophical, cultural, and systemic perspectives, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health and personal growth.  I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to my work, exploring how personal and collective narratives shape identity, resilience, and transformation.

Currently, I’m completing my studies in art therapy while volunteering with hospice patients, offering art-making as a source of comfort and connection at the end of life. My experience includes working with neurodiverse individuals, children with learning differences, and those navigating complex emotional landscapes.

Prior to my work in art therapy, I studied international relations, gaining insights into global systems, cultural dynamics, and the impact of policy on mental health and human rights. This foundation informs my holistic approach, allowing me to weave together psychological, cultural, and systemic perspectives in both therapeutic and advocacy spaces.

Beyond therapy, I’m deeply engaged in feminist history, activism, and education, aiming to create spaces for dialogue and transformation. Whether through art, community work, or storytelling, my goal is to foster healing, connection, and social impact across borders.

Let’s connect and create something meaningful together.
